Integrates with third-party platforms via SMTP and is compatible with Immix, Sentinel, and Webeye ARC monitoring.

Connects to a local network, allowing Alertex units to be monitored and controlled from one central location.

Genesis IP Bridge

LGIPBRIDGE

The Genesis TCP/IP Bridge connects products that use the UHF network, such as Genesis PIR detectors, to the internet using the widely utilised Telnet protocol, allowing the system to be remotely monitored. The bridge can connect to third-party platforms via the SMTP protocol and is compatible with Immix, Sentinel, and Webeye ARC monitoring platforms.

The IP bridge is powered either by 5 volts DC (PSU part code = 5V.PS) or via Power over Ethernet (PoE). The bridge can be configured quickly over Bluetooth using a mobile smartphone, allowing users to obtain the IP address, set up the site and subnet, manage integrations, and connect the bridge to the local Wi-Fi network.

The IP bridge has a wireless range of up to 1km line of sight, which can be extended using an AE434 aerial to assist when dealing with difficult sites. Up to 64 PIR detectors can be programmed to transmit events to one IP bridge, and software updates can be administered remotely. The IP bridge is IP66 weather rated and is suitable for outdoor use.

Alertex IP Bridge

NXIPBRIDGE

The Alertex IP Bridge connects products that use the UHF network, such as the Alertex Wireless Critical Alert system, to a local network with access to the internet, allowing the system to be monitored from one computer. The Alertex IP bridge integrates with Twilio, allowing users to receive text notifications to their mobile phone when an activation is registered.

The IP bridge can be powered by 5 volts DC (PSU part code = 5V.PS) or via Power over Ethernet (PoE). The bridge can be configured quickly over Bluetooth using a mobile smartphone, allowing users to obtain the IP address, set up the site and subnet, and connect the bridge to the local Wi-Fi network.

The end user can see which units have been activated and reset the system via the browser portal. The bridge will also report battery status and will alert the user to any units which have not called in according to their schedule.

The IP bridge has a wireless range of up to 1km line of sight, which can be extended using an AE434 aerial to assist when dealing with difficult sites. Up to 64 various Alertex units can be programmed to transmit events to one IP bridge, and software updates can be administered remotely. The IP bridge is IP66 weather rated and is suitable for outdoor use.

Desktop Alerts

Basic System

When Alertex is activated, any laptop or computer on the same network will instantly show a custom on-screen alert that matches your lockdown procedures. Alerts can be silent or include a sound. Because the system runs on your local network, it reduces cyber security risks.

Staff can quickly see which device triggered the alert and log into the Alertex portal to take action, such as notifying key personnel or updating messages.

The basic system can be used on unlimited screens with your existing IP Bridge for a one-off licence fee of £200.

Advanced System

For organisations requiring a more advanced emergency communication solution, PopAlert provides instant on-screen alerts with a built-in audible siren and clear voice announcements. The system supports lockdown, evacuation, invacuation, all clear, and fully customisable emergency messages. Advanced zoning allows alerts to be sent to specific buildings, departments, or areas, ensuring the right people receive the right information at the right time.

Designed for fast and reliable communication, PopAlert operates across your organisation’s network and includes annual licence validation to ensure systems remain up to date and fully supported. An annual subscription includes software updates, licence management, and ongoing support, helping organisations maintain an effective emergency communication system while supporting compliance with Martyn’s Law.
